Event Details
There will be four courses, each course will be perfectly paired with a Quincy or Sensory wine! Cost is $65 per person, and tax and gratuity are additional.

First Course
- Creamy wild mushroom and veal parmesan hash
Second Course
- Poached egg Caesar salad and roasted red pepper bisque
- Served with our signature chocolate bread and raspberry butter
Third Course
- Cabernet Sauvignon, cherry, and fennel glazed rack of lamb
- With herbed goat cheese russet wedges and maple winter squash pudding with candied pecans
Fourth Course
- Hazelnut chocolate mousse cake with dark chocolate ganache
