Celebrate the harvest as they do in Germany with pairings of slightly fermented, chilled Riesling (“Federweisser") and onion pizza/tart ("Zwielbelkuchen”).

Different regions of Germany favor different versions of this traditional dish — similar to American onion quiche or to onion pizza.
